Charles Munjoy, 80, of Edinburg, passed away on Sunday, May 14, 2017 at Taylorville Memorial Hospital

He was born on September 11, 1936 in St. Louis, MO the son of Kenneth and May Wilhm Munjoy.  He married Caren Oswald in 1998.

He was a millwright and enjoyed woodworking, fishing and was an avid hunter. Charlie loved being outdoors and never met a man he didn’t like.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his wife, Caren; two sons, Kenneth (Sheila) Munjoy and Mike Ryffel; one daughter, Susan (Danny) Mansur; seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held at 1:00 pm on Thursday, May 18, 2017 at Riverside Cemetery in Illiopolis with Rev. Ray Radae officiating.

Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.
