Kevin Troesch, 51, of Springfield passed away on Saturday, October 22, 2016 at Memorial Medical Center.

Kevin was born on February 25, 1965 in Springfield the son of Michael Troesch and Judi Sager.  He married Brenda Lane on July 30, 2001.

Kevin worked for Endran Enterprises LLC as a mail contractor for 17 years.  He was a car fanatic and had a 1953 Ford truck and was a member of the Route 66 Club.  He loved spending time with his family and grandchildren.  He was an avid Cub’s fan and a hardworking man.

He was preceded in death by his father, Michael Troesch; and grandparents, Orville and Violet Troesch and Bob and Doris E. Sager; and grandfather, Max Zeller.

He is survived by his wife, Brenda of Springfield; four children, Valerie (Tim) Woodrum of Athens, Melissa (Adam) Marshall of Virden, and Lauren and Zachary Troesch both of Chatham; five grandchildren, Reese, Teagan, Isabel, Abigail and Caden; mother, Judi Hart of Gentry, AR; grandmother, Florentine Zeller; one brother, Robert (Denise) Troesch of Springfield; sister, Kimberly (Max) Scraper of Siloam, AR; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Visitation will be from 12:00 noon until the time of the funeral service at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 30, 2016 at Ellinger-Kunz & Park Funeral Home with Reverend Nick Butcher officiating. Cremation will follow.

Memorial contributions may be made to the family of Kevin Troesch at any Illinois National Bank.
