Sheryl A. Sours, 55, of Springfield, passed away on Sunday, May 7, 2017 at St. Johns hospital.

Sheryl was born on February 28, 1962 in Hammond, IN the daughter of William and Wilma Casey.  She married Carlos Sours on September 15, 1984 at Laurel United Methodist Church.

She was a graduate of Highland High School in 1983, loved taking care of animals and feeding the ducks and squirrels at Center Park.

She was preceded in death by her father; grandparents; and stepfather Richard Chesney.

She is survived by her husband Carlos; three beloved cats, Rue, Mimi and Charlie; mother, Wilma Casey; two brothers, Joe and Ron Casey and numerous nieces and nephews

A celebration of life will be held at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, July 22, 2017 at the Left Handers Gun Club in Loami.
