Carol A. (Green) Fenton

Carol A. (Green) Fenton, of Butler IL, passed away on Monday September 23, 2019 at St. John’s Hospital in the company of her family.

Carol was born in Rockford IL, the daughter of Charlotte (Brummitt) Green.

She was married to Marvin Fenton on August 4, 1962. They had one son together, Danny. She was a homemaker for most of her adult life and cared at home for her granddaughter when she was a child.

Carol was preceded in death by her grandmother, Betty Brummitt; mother, Charlotte Green; siblings, Carl, Don, and Darlene; uncle, Leo Brummitt; great granddaughter, Rylee Quinn; and step grandson, Justin Wyatt.

She is survived by her husband, Marvin Fenton; son, Danny Fenton (wife, Jeanette); granddaughter, Danielle Bailey (husband, Levi); great grandchildren, Ryan Quinn and Lane Bailey; step grandchildren, Darrel Moulton, Larry Ishum, and Blake Wyatt; step great grandchildren, Larissa, Emilee, and Gahrett Moulton, Zaydan Pearson, Xander and Prestin Wyatt.

There will be a private burial at Rovey Cemetery in Farmersville IL. A celebration of life will be held October 12, 2019 at the Butler Community Center in Butler Illinois. Friends and family may begin to arrive at the community center at 11:00am, where a meal will be served.
