Liberti Shumate Obituary

Liberti Marie Shumate was born and entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, July 17, 2019 at St. John's Hospital.

Liberti will be greatly missed by her parents, Karrie Phelps of Springfield; father, Cedric Shumate of Peoria; three siblings, Americus Hudson of Springfield, Maliyah Shumate of Peoria, Zemira Shumate of Texas; grandparents, Cathy and Chuck Akers of Griggsville IL, Kevin and Amy Maines of Springfield, Cedric and Marlene Shumate of Peoria; great grandpa, Gaylord Maines; and several aunt, uncles, and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her great grandparents, Bertha and Eugene Phelps; great grandma, Alvira Maines; great great grandma, Furlow; great aunt, Tammy Maines, and great cousin, Anthony Allison

Memorial services will be at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 20, 2019 at the funeral home with Reverend Larry Hanson officiating. All family and friends are welcome to attend.
